Do you accept insurance?

At Fortin Family Chiropractic, we strive to provide the highest quality of care for our patients. In order to provide this level of care, we have chosen not to contract with insurance companies. With that in mind, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company based on your "out of network" benefits. If this is of interest to you, you can provide your insurance information at your visit for our team to submit a claim.

Do you offer X-ray?

Yes, we take X-Rays at each new patient visit prior to adjustment.

How do I know what services I need?

Dr. Fortin will work with each patient to develop a plan of care based on your pain and concerns.

What can I expect at my appointment?

For most patients, you will start off your appointment in our massage chairs. From there, you will meet with Dr. Fortin to address your concerns and receive treatment. After your adjustment, most patients will receive cold therapy.

Do you treat pregnant patients?

Yes, Dr. Fortin can treat women throughout their pregnancies to address concerns such as sciatica and more.
